【Job Description】
-Manage and oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure efficient and reliable workflows.
-Lead, develop, and manage team performance to achieve departmental objectives.
-Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and applicable regulatory requirements.
-Monitor and drive key performance indicators (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
-Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of test results.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
-Support product quality in mass production through testing, data monitoring, and trend analysis.
-Manage laboratory resources, including manpower, equipment, and documentation systems.
-Oversee test methods and technical decision-making to ensure reliable and appropriate evaluations.
-Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality improvement and problem resolution.

【Qualification】
-Male, Age 40-48 Years.
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
-Major in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
-Good command of English.
-Experience in laboratory management, testing operations, and team leadership is preferred.
-Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 , IATF 16949 , ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001 and quality management systems is an advantage.

【Allowance & Benefit】
-Housing allowance: THB 3,000 per month
