【Job Description】
⎼ Identify and approach new business opportunities to expand the client base.
⎼ Set individual and team sales targets, and plan campaigns and promotional strategies.
⎼ Understand client needs and propose suitable company services and solutions.
⎼ Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations both online and on-site.
⎼ Handle client inquiries, provide consultation, and offer tailored service proposals.
⎼ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
⎼ Participate in events and exhibitions to promote and present the company's services.
⎼ Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
⎼ Develop new partnership opportunities and maintain sustainable business relationships.
⎼ Conduct competitor analysis and adjust internal business strategies accordingly.
⎼ Analyze market trends to identify and explore new business opportunities.
⎼ Collect client feedback and communicate insights to improve company services.
⎼ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and monitor overall progress.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality
⎼ Any age, Any gender (Female better)
⎼ Bachelor’s degree or higher
⎼ Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher) with the ability to effectively handle client communications.
⎼ Good understanding of Japanese corporate and work culture.
⎼ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
⎼ Punctual, responsible, and capable of flexible problem-solving.
⎼ Patient, resilient, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
⎼ Highly proactive, self-motivated, and driven to work independently.
