【Job Description】
- Manage daily production output and ensure achievement of production targets
- Monitor and control production schedules and line efficiency
- Identify and resolve production problems promptly to minimize downtime
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Supervise and guide production line workers to maintain quality and productivity
- Track and report daily/weekly production KPIs to Assistant Manager
- Coordinate with Production Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures
- Implement 5S and workplace organization activities
- Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
- Manage work-in-progress (WIP) inventory and material flow
- Train and develop subordinates to improve team capability
- Ensure compliance with ISO requirements (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Any gender
- Age: 33-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations
- Experience in daily production management and output control
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies
- Good leadership and team supervision skills
- Ability to analyze production data and make decisions
- Good command of written English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent production issues
