【Job Description】
- Develop and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Design and implement jigs, fixtures, and tools for assembly lines
- Analyze production data and identify areas for process optimization
- Conduct time studies and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and production line setup
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare technical documentation and work instructions
- Support automation and semi-automation projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO requirements (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
- Report production engineering activities to Factory Manager
- Other tasks assigned by Manager and MD

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Any gender
- Age: 33-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing engineering
- Experience in assembly process improvement and line balancing
- Knowledge of production process design, jig/fixture development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
