【Job Description】
-Lead and manage the machine maintenance engineer team.
-Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
-Monitor equipment performance and reliability; analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
-Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
-Prepare reports related to machine performance and maintenance activities.

【Qualification】
-Male, Age not over 40 years old
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
-Minimum 8 years of experience in machine maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
-Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, automation, and industrial machinery is advantage.
-Knowledge in Control programs such as PLC, together with electrical power.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work under multiple priorities.
-Computer literacy
-Good in English (spoken and written)
-Willingness to travel internationally as required

【Allowance & Benefit】

【Working Hour】
Monday-Friday 8.30-17.30
-1st Saturday of each month, 8.30-12.30 or according to the company calendar.
