【Job Description】
• Lead sales activities for Robotic Systems, Industrial Equipment, and Spare Parts to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Develop business plans and sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen client & distributor relationships.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in Robotics and Industrial Automation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service, and Engineering) to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Manage sales campaigns, incentive programs, and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Represent the company professionally through presentations, proposals, and client meetings.

【Qualification】
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related fields).
• 5-10 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in Automation/Robotics/Industrial Equipment.
• Experience in a Japanese trading company or understanding of Japanese business culture is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Own car and valid driving license required.
• Candidates living near Chonburi/Pinthong area are preferred.
