【Job Description】
⎼ Manage the plastic injection molding process and ensure the successful achievement of production plans.
⎼ Improve product quality and optimize the yield rate of molded products.
⎼ Manage and maintain molding equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
⎼ Train, develop, and supervise a team of over 5 subordinates.
⎼ Conduct comprehensive production performance analysis, defect rate analysis, and operation rate analysis.
⎼ Implement Kaizen, 5S methodologies, Why-Why analysis, and cost reduction activities.
⎼ Set and optimize molding conditions for production.
⎼ Analyze and resolve various molding defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, and silver streaks.
⎼ Utilize and manage mold knowledge and resin/material specifications effectively.
⎼ Drive continuous productivity improvements on the shop floor.
⎼ Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), workplace safety, and shift schedules.
⎼ Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
⎼ 7 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in the plastic injection molding industry.
⎼ Proven experience in molding shop floor management, condition setting, mold changes, quality improvement, and subordinate development.
⎼ Strong experience in root cause analysis and implementing improvement activities for quality issues.
⎼ Technical expertise in condition optimization and molding defect analysis (short shot, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, silver streaks, etc.).
⎼ Deep understanding of mold operations and resin/material characteristics.
⎼ Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, an improvement mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to mentor subordinates.
⎼ Ability to communicate via email in English.
⎼ Native Thai speaker; proficiency or ability in Japanese language is preferred.
⎼ Possession of a valid driver's license.
⎼ Prior experience in ISO 9001 operations and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is highly preferable.

【Allowance & Benefit】
⎼ Position allowance: 2,000 - 7,000 THB per month
⎼ Language (Japanese) allowance: 2,000 - 10,000 THB per month
⎼ Commuting allowance: 1,000 - 3,000 THB per month (Negotiable)
⎼ Meal allowance: 2,000 THB per month
⎼ House allowance: 3,000 THB per month (If renting near the Saraburi Factory)
⎼ Performance-based bonus: Equivalent to 3 months of salary (Paid once a year)

⎼ Annual holidays: 6 days (Applicable after completing one year of service)

【Working Hour】
⎼ 08:30 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday, and bi-weekly Saturdays)

⎼ Salary: Up to 45,000 THB per month (Negotiable)
⎼ Report Line: Assistant Manager

⎼ Selection Process: 1-2 interview rounds (Resume screening followed by an interview with Japanese management in Saraburi)
