【Job Description】
* Manage the daily operations of a newly opening ramen restaurant.
* Prepare ramen, izakaya dishes, and café menu items while ensuring food quality.
* Supervise and train restaurant staff.
* Manage inventory, place orders, monitor sales, and control costs.
* Report daily operations to management.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

【Qualifications】
* Thai nationality, male or female, aged 24–35.
* Experience working at a Japanese izakaya, ramen restaurant, café, or similar establishment.
* Japanese language skills are an advantage.

【Allowance & Benefits】
* Social Security (SSO)
* Full Attendance Allowance: THB 1,000/month
* Incentive: Up to THB 500/month
* Annual Salary Adjustment

【Working Hours】
* Shift work: 1or 2 days off per week
