【Job Description】
-Lead the recruitment process for Manager-level and other critical positions.
-Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets.
-Coach and support the recruitment team to improve performance and achieve team goals.
-Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
-Source, interview, assess candidates, and manage the offer process.
-Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve recruitment processes.
-Support employer branding initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline.

【Qualification】
-Male /Female , Age 38-45 Years old.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
-Experience in Automotive parts industry.
-Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels within an organization.
-Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
-Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
