【Job Description】
⎼ Proactively drive overall operations related to store management and business expansion.
⎼ Oversee store marketing, including planning, execution of promotions, meeting with local marketing agencies, and progress management.
⎼ Act as the main point of contact for B2B transactions and channel expansion in Thailand.
⎼ Coordinate with Japanese headquarters and participate in management meetings.
⎼ Handle overall store operations, including problem-solving and operational improvements.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality
⎼ Age: 30 -40 years old.
⎼ Upper Business level of Japanese proficiency (able to smoothly communicate and participate in management meetings with Japanese HQ).
⎼ Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues and take initiative independently
⎼ Flexible communication skills with the ability to adapt to both Japanese business practices and the local Thai market
