【Job Description】
⎼ Handle store interior design, drafting, and construction project management.
⎼ Prepare drawings for interior work and building permits, providing application support.
⎼ Oversee construction progress, perform site supervision, and submit progress reports.
⎼ Handle application procedures for building permits and interior renovation/decoration permits.
⎼ Prepare construction-related reports and documentation.
⎼ Communicate and coordinate with overseas business partners in Japan and Taiwan.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality, Any gender, Any age
⎼ Experience in restaurant chain expansion or commercial facility planning/design is preferred.
⎼ Knowledge of interior construction and fire safety regulations.
⎼ JLPT N2 level or above (preferred, not mandatory)

【Working Hour】
09:00 – 18:00
Holidays: 2 days off per week. Weekend or public holiday work may be required for property site inspections (a compensatory weekday off will generally be provided)
