【Job Description】
-Support the Engineering, Service, and other related teams, and coordinate with customers.
-Communicate with customers to respond to inquiries, follow up on product status, coordinate product usage, and arrange deliveries to customers.
-Prepare reports and summarize relevant information to support decision-making by the team and other related departments.
-Coordinate with various departments, such as Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Accounting, to ensure smooth operations.
-Plan and follow up on product quality inspections before and after delivery to customers, coordinating with relevant departments such as Warehouse and Sales.
-Inspect product quality both before and after receiving goods into the warehouse.
-Follow up on inspection results and product quality issues, and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions.
-Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the Engineering and Service Departments.

【Qualification】
-Female, Age 22–30 years old (new graduates are welcome).
-Bachelor's degree in Physics, and other Faculty of Engineering
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, or other related programs, with basic knowledge of using hand tools.
-Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
-Willing to learn new things and able to communicate in good English.

【Working Hour】
Monday – Friday & 1st Saturday of month (8.30-17.30)
