Selection & Introduction of Personnel

We will select and introduce suitable candidates based on the information you provide.

Document Screening, Interview

Staffing Decision

After both the client and the temporarty staff person agree on the terms, a contract is signed. (A contract is signed between the client and Y LINK, and between the temporarty staff and Y LINK.)
We will manage the social insurance enrollment and termination procedures for our temporarty staff.
You will be invoiced monthly for the employer's portion of the social insurance contributions.

Service Fees

Long-term Staffing

We will invoice you at the end of each month for the total monthly salary of the temporary staff
(base salary + all fixed monthly allowances), + our service fee (20% of the gross monthly salary of the temporary staff), + social security contributions.

※ In the case of hiring staffing service staff as regular employees, a separate recruitment service fee will be charged based on the terms and conditions of Personnel Consultant.

Payment

After the contract period ends, our company will issue an invoice to you. Please make the payment within one week of receiving the invoice.
If you are using our services for the first time from outside Thailand or as an individual, please note that payment will be required in advance.

Service Process

Request

Please contact us via the inquiry form with details of the required contract period, job description, your budget, etc.

Selection & Introduction of Personnel, Sending of Quotation

We will select and introduce suitable candidates based on the information you provide.

Order Placement, Confirmation of Assignment to the Staff

Upon receiving your order confirmation, we will contact the temporary staff and secure their schedule.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the contact information of the person responsible on the day, as well as the meeting location and time.

Service Fees

Short-term Staffing

After the assignment is completed, we will charge you the temporary staff's salary plus our service fee (20% of the temporary staff's salary).

Cancellation Policy

(The number of days is calculated based on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.)

From the starting date of the Service to 2 days prior to the starting date of the Service.

100% of the Service Fee as prescribed in the Quotation

From 3 to 7 days prior to the starting date of the Service.

80% of the Service Fee as prescribed in the Quotation

From 8 to 14 days prior to the starting date of the Service.

50% of the Service Fee as prescribed in the Quotation

From 15 to 30 days prior to the starting date of the Service.

20% of the Service Fee as prescribed in the Quotation

Before 31 days prior to the starting date of the Service.

No cancellation fee
